We partnered with Workiva’s ESG team to achieve and maintain an “AAA” MSCI ESG Rating (2022–2025), placing them among the top global performers.
Our support included:

• Detailed Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions calculations and future-year forecasting
   
• Strategic guidance on carbon offset and Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) purchases
   
• Evaluation and due-diligence support for the Sustain Life acquisition (now Workiva Carbon)

• Supported Workiva on being named to the inaugural Forbes Net Zero Leaders list.
   

This work helped Workiva achieve operational Net Zero and strengthen their leadership in sustainability and ESG reporting.

We supported Wolf Midstream in achieving full compliance with Alberta’s Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction (TIER) program.

Through this proactive approach, Wolf Midstream not only met but exceeded regulatory standards—earning approximately 100 Emission Performance Credits (EPCs) annually while advancing their sustainability goals.

We collaborated with Inter Pipeline to develop a comprehensive cost-modeling and forecasting strategy for Alberta TIER compliance.
This included:

• Detailed analysis of emission profiles and regulatory cost drivers
   
• Forecasting of compliance costs and credit pricing
   
• Integration of emissions data into long-term financial planning
   

The result was an optimized, forward-looking strategy that maintained compliance while minimizing regulatory expenses.

We led Keyera’s corporate ESG strategy and reporting, earning industry-wide recognition:

• #1 Canadian Energy Company and #3 overall in Scotiabank’s 2020 ESG Performance Rankings
   
• Named to RBC’s Global ESG Best Ideas List (2020) — one of only two Canadian energy firms included globally
